Sixty-seven members of the Sarah Claydon Village Auxiliary are pleased to be able to provide essential items to make life easier for the residents of the Village at Milton.
Funds are raised mainly from the proceeds of the Trash and Treasure Shop in the Settlement Arcade in Milton.
Volunteers usually work one three-hour shift per month and enjoy the friendship of their co-workers and the visitors to the Shop.
Items such as outdoor furniture, wall decorations, special beds and chairs are provided at the request of the staff when needed, and both residents and staff at the Village are very grateful for the items provided.
There are always a few vacant spots in our roster, so if you find that you are able to give up three hours per month for a very fulfilling activity, please join our happy group of volunteers.
